"My order ended up arriving way, way..."
My order ended up arriving way, way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it over and over, but there was basically nothing helpful. Support just kept telling me to wait, wait, wait, which was really frustrating because this was something important. it was stressful and I wouldn’t order again

It was okay overall, but I had to follow up a few times to get a response. I was kind of in a hurry, so the slow replies made the whole thing feel a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

I got help really quickly, and the person I talked to was super kind and easy to deal with. It just made the whole experience feel simple and pleasant

"Felt a bit limited by the selection"
I was expecting a little more variety based on the price range I entered. A lot of the diamonds I saw felt average, and the ones that really stood out were either already gone quickly or way above what I wanted to spend. The quality wasn’t bad by any means, just not as impressive as I’d hoped. In the end, I left feeling a little disappointed and like my options were more limited than I expected
"Cute rings, but hmm… the price"
I’ll admit, the rings are really and the styles definitely caught my eye. I was browsing like, “Okay, these are cute, I could see myself wearing this.” But then I looked at the prices and kind of paused. For what you’re getting, they felt a bit too expensive to me. Nice designs, sure, but I’m not totally convinced they’re worth the price.

"Pretty ring, but I’m not sure I’d do it again"
I went with Frank Darling for a custom ring design, and while the final ring is and close to what I had in mind, I kind of have mixed feelings about the whole process. There was a lot more back and forth than I expected, and I had to repeat a few details along the way, which got frustrating. The customer service team was polite, but responses weren’t always as quick as I hoped. In the end, the ring turned out nice, but for the price and the custom experience, I expected things to feel a lot more organized. I don’t totally regret it, but I do wonder if I should’ve looked around more before committing...

"Resizing and aftercare were kind of rough"
I had to get it resized, and uh, the aftercare just wasn’t very helpful. I felt like I didn’t get much guidance or support afterward.

The ring is definitely pretty, and from a normal distance it looks really nice. The diamond setting is clean overall, and the shape is exactly what I was hoping for, so I was excited when I first opened it.
That said, the timing was frustrating because it showed up later than I needed it, which kind of took away from the moment. For the price, I also expected a smoother finish. There’s a tiny rough spot on the band, and one prong looks a little uneven. It’s not a disaster, but it doesn’t feel as polished as I’d hoped, so I’d give it 3 stars

"I did like that they had a..."
I did like that they had a good range of lab-grown options, and the sourcing info seemed clear for the most part. The prices felt reasonable, not exactly cheap, but not outrageous either. I did end up asking a few extra questions before I felt comfortable, because some of the details were still a little vague. Also, I got a bit confused about the timeline at one point, like when things would actually be ready or ship, so that didn’t help. The site was easy enough to use overall, and I think the concept is solid, just not totally perfect for me

"At-home try-on didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped"
I was really excited to try the at-home kit, and I do think the idea is super convenient in theory. Unfortunately, the whole process ended up being frustrating. It took much longer to arrive than expected, the rings looked a little cheaper in person than they did online, and the sizing didn’t feel quite right. Sending the kit back was also more annoying than I thought it would be. I still like the concept and could see it being helpful if the process were smoother, but this wasn’t the best first impression for me
